The 12th Step
Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these Steps, we tried to carry this message to alcoholics, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.
Some of the Helpline’s callers require longer conversations than the Helpline can accommodate. In these cases, 12th Step Volunteers are reached out to for assistance. The Helpline Volunteer who is on “duty” will reach out to someone from our list to see if they would be interested in contacting the caller for further assistance.
